Welcome to Class Learning

Class offers complimentary training for all registered Class users. Here you’ll find our on-demand training courses, which offer a flexible approach to learning which can be accessed on any device, any time. You can all view the recordings of our monthly training webinars. Simply log in via the top menu to see what’s available.

For Class users who are new or who want additional training, try our Class Essentials Online course. It is an e-learning of our 8-hour live training course. You can access it now at any time. Simply sign in using the above right option and then click here to begin.

For NowInifity users: after logging in, the available Corporate messenger e-learning course can be accessed using the “E-Learning” tab (and then the “Onboarding” option) at the top of this page.

Learning Pathways
We are developing learning pathways for each of the roles in Class (please “Log In” using the option in the upper right before you explore them). They are designed to integrate with your onboarding and give you no more than a bite size of new information before you apply it.

Help Centre
The Help Centre is where you find User Guide for step-by-step guidance and Knowledge Base articles for resolving issues or trouble shooting.

When specialised support is required, we offer live training solutions. This includes courses and specialised partner webinars.

Following one of our learning pathways will give you the information, understanding, and the practical guidance you need to perform the role you are assigned in Class. You will get the information you need in bite sizes, and we will guide you while you learn to apply it.

Beginning with Class Super, we are updating our learning content to align to the new role-based learning pathways, so you only learn what you need for the role you are assigned.

After logging in, start with clicking the “Learning Pathways” tab above and then choosing the learning pathway relevant to your role in Class. And if you are assigned multiple roles, you can do each relevant learning pathway one-by-one.
